There are many safeguards in place, as well, so as to ensure that players do not cheat. All players must undergo preliminary rounds to test their skills, as all matches must be equally matched. There are also strict limits placed on age and deposit amounts.
While the system sounds simple, a great deal of time, effort and money are required to make this dream a reality. It is currently being developed and is predicted to be on the market by 2011.
