Will Google TV Enhance Online Gambling?

By the end of 2010, Google will launch Google TV, a new cable service that will allow people to use the internet from their televisions. As is the case with all innovations in internet technology, the announcement of Google TV has caused a frenzy in the online casino world, as developers are now thinking of ways to use this development to their advantage.

Ever since Google has started allowing online gambling advertising, casino operators have rushed to promote their services through Google Ads. This is a surefire sign that online gambling companies will certainly take advantage of the advertising opportunities on Google TV. Not only will there be plenty more opportunities for online casino operators to promote themselves; there will also be newer, more innovative ways to create and produce advertisements.

It may also introduce an entirely new way to gamble online! Television gambling is already popular in the UK and Europe, but the introduction of Google TV may introduce the service to online gambling developers in Canada and the United States, as well. Although their plans are still unclear, online casino designers are certainly gearing up for the launch of Google TV – and it will exciting to see the kind of online gambling software that is created.
